QwikNozzle™ 1-Hand
Line Set Flush Tool

One-hand operation with our squeeze-type nozzle, designed for the simplest access to piping and line sets with Qwik System Flush®... Access anywhere there isn't an existing flare fitting!

1. Backseat valve in the closed position by turning knob of Can Access Valve (QT1105)fully counter clockwise. Twist Can Access Valve clockwise onto threaded tip of Qwik System Flush® as shown in photo #1
2. Attach hose to flare fitting on Can Access Valve as shown in photo #2.
3. Attach the other end of the hose to the flare fitting on the QwikNozzle^™ as shown in photo #3
4. Twist the knob of the Can Access Valve clockwise to release Qwik System Flush^® to the nozzle, twist the knob counter clockwise to stop releasing Qwik System Flush^® to the nozzle.
5. Place the Line Set Flush Tool end of the QwikNozzle^™ at the point of injection. (Be sure that Qwik System Flush® aerosol can is held upside down during the flushing procedure as shown in photo #5).
6. Squeeze trigger of the QwikNozzle^™ to release Qwik System Flush^®. Release trigger ov the QwikNozzle^™ to stop releasing Qwik System Flush^®.
