What is the dilution ratio?
We recommend 5 parts water to every 1 part solution (5:1 ratio) no matter the size of the system. Use the color indicator more as needed and keep recirculating until it is no longer yellow.
Where can I use QwikDescaler+?
Recommended for tankless water heaters and tankless heat exchangers. Not recommended for ice makers, coffee makers, standard water heater, whole home piping systems, high pressure systems and/or microchannels.
Are drill bits included?
Yes, all concrete anchor kits come with a 3/16” masonry bit.
Is the anchor kit the same as the tie-down kit?
No, the tie-down kit is included with the purchase of your QwikPad. The anchor kits are optional for those seeking to add extra protection and stability.
