Where can I take the EPA exam?
The Qwik 608 exam kit can be purchased at your local HVACR wholesaler. The wholesaler will retain the exam, and you will be given all of the study material. You can schedule a time with the wholesaler to come back and take the exam.
How do you anchor the condenser to the pad?
Each QwikPad™ for Condensers includes corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, 13 gauge tie down assemblies that secure the outdoor unit for exceptional hurricane protection. The tie down assemblies are adjustable to properly secure the condensing unit.
How many gallons of water does it take to fill the pad?
The 36 x 36 QwikPad™ for Condensers requires approximately 16 gallons of water to be completely filled. The 40 x 40 QwikPad™ for Condensers requires approximately 20 gallons of water to be completely filled.
How do you fill the pad?
Each QwikPad™ for Condensers has a water fill plug, located in the corner of the pad. The water fill plug must be removed before filling and replaced once the pad has been filled.

Our QT8036 36″ x 36″ QwikPad™ for Condensers weighs 29 lbs. when empty and 163 lbs. once filled. Our QT8040 40″ x 40″ QwikPad™ for Condensers weighs 35 lbs. when empty and 203 lbs. once filled.
Will QwikPad® for Condensers pass building code inspection?
QwikPad™ for Condensers are rated for winds up to 180 mph, which exceeds Miami-Dade 175 mph wind requirements, which are some of the strictest requirements in the nation.
How do you fill the pad?
Each QwikPad® for Generators has a water fill plug, that is located on top of the pad. The water fill plug must be removed before filling, and replaced after the pad is filled.
Is the mounting hardware included with the pad?
Each QwikPad® for Generators includes corrosion-resistant stainless steel mounting hardware specific to the mounted generator model, as well as a product spec sheet, and engineering information with engineering stamp.
How much water does it take to fill the pad?
It takes approximately 35 gallons of water to fill the QwikPad® for Generators completely.
